Anyways, having some troubles with a B2200 I bought. I picked the truck up not running. The kid had replaced the cap, rotor, plugs, wires, and coil and still no spark. I went and got a wiring diagram and it turned out he had the coil wired backwards. So I went and got a new coil, put it in and it worked...for abit.Since then the truck has been on again off again. I'll start it up, it'll run for a bit then die. No spark. Then in an hour or 2 it'll go again. It ran all week whenever I started it at the shop (not on the road yet), but now today it died, didnt run for an hour or 2, then started again. A couple times it didnt start right off the bat, then it would go after i left it for a bit.So i'm getting pretty frustrated with it since I need to get it on the road this week. When it was running i played with every wire i could in the engine bay hoping to find a bad wire or loose connection with no luck. I cleaned up grounds, terminals. I'm out of ideas. Its an 88 B2200.
