Anyone have any experience with shallow mount subs? Do they sound any good? Are they worth it? I

www.innovativerides.com has worked with Peerless subwoofers as well as those Pioneer subs. Go to that website and check out the White 350z they have in thier photo gallery.

ive been looking at the pioneer shallow subs too. the price is in my ballpark (200 for 12s, 180 for 10s). i was wondering, what would sound better, 2 12s, 2 10s, or 3 10s? ive got enough space for 3 10s, or 2 12s behind my seat for a thin box. i want to replace my 2 big bulky junker 12s. and i cant see that it would, but does facing the subs towards the inside of the seat cause a problem? that way nobody sees them from outside and steals my shit again.

oh, and here are the spec sheets for those pioneers. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/v3/pg/comparison/results/0,,2076_310069927,00.html

and what range of wattage should i run with those. i know there are ones with more power, but im happy with that. makes it easier to amp the mid/highs. thanks people.

i used to sell the pioneer subs, the shallow mount sub is really impresive, most shallow subs havent been that well but the pio. is a great buy
