ok if i surenge feed it while i hit the throttle it runs like its suppose to!!!!! is there anything else i should check or change before it do the fuel pump????? dont have a pressure gauge to check the fuel pump pressure so im not positive it that but pretty sure now!!! just didnt want to have to take the dam heavy ass bed off but looks like im gunna have to

got the bed loose and tires off and just gunna slide the bed back and change the fuel pump, but now gotta go to in-laws and eat.. plus the cowboy game is on so gotta watch it...

its a 2000 and i had it running as long as i pumped gas in it by a seringe....and it only has a after market alarm that working right

i was just wondering if there are any other senors or crap on it that i might need to check??

dam i want a old school 454 with a carb .. so i know more about fixing it

make sure your coolant sensor is connected and you have coolant in the engine.
control module energizes fuel pump relay for 2 seconds at start up to build pressure,
then control module checks coolant sensor and tp sensor to determine the correct air fuel ratio.

also the pickup could have fell off on the fuel pump.

my bet is on the fuel pump still, very common prob with all gm vans,trucks.
