cut the bearing if you can get to it, the bearing race is made of hardened steel and it just got really hot when it seized up so now it will be somewhat brittle, if you can make a cut with a cut off wheel or air saw the you can split the bearing with a hammer and chisel you dont have to cut all the way thru just get close then put the chisel in the groove you cut and give it a good lick or two with your favorite hammer. if you cant get to it heat and a puller are your only options

That's the ticket right there ... just almost cut all the way through it and you will be able to crack it with a hammer and chisel. I had this happen to me on my 95 xtra cab ... removal was a snap.

what in the world to you use to get way in there and cut the bearing????

is it the outer bearing that is seized???? if so ur f**ked, just kidding you will have to pull the rotor and hub off by what ever means it takes, a 3 jaw puller will take some "modifying" to make it long enough to work just keep after it and sooner or later the bearing cage will give up and let the rollers fall out then you can remove the hub and cut the inner race off with the fore mentioned hammer and chisel.
