How did you do those?!?!?!!?

its all plastic models. i dont really mess with diecast. you just cut and mold and fill. its all custom.

Ya I have no idea how to do that lol. Do you think you could custom make one if I paid you?

Okay since you were asking me about my S10 I'll answer you here, since I can't easily put pictures in my email. Not that one at least.

No, its not a DUB model.

This is what I started with.I bought aftermarket wheels at the hobby store, and just cut and molded it into this. They're scale 20s. I turned part of the bodykit into a rollpan, and made corners and just shaved the rear bodyline.

So that is plastic? How do you mold and shave things? Im gonna have to take plastics class next year for school lol.

cut and slice, then i use squadron putty on mine to fill it all in. you can buy different sizes and thickneses of plastic styrene.

Thanks Mike.

To mold and shave stuff, I make plastic fillers. Usually there is usable plastic with the model, but you can buy plastic sheet and rod. I glue it in place. Then I use a two part epoxy to fill it, or I use a light filler that is one part and comes in a tube. Then sand it down until it looks good. Its like shaving your truck, but simplified.
