Nope, it will work but you won't get max performance out of the amp. Your running two dual 4 ohm subs which would either run the amp at 1 ohm (which it's not stable at) or at 4 ohms which would give you half the power of the amp.

You should either go with a 2 channel amp, or switch to single voice coil subs, or lose one of the subs.

dual 4 ohm speakers will give you a rating of 2 ohms a piece, or 8 ohms a piece. so at the amp its gonna read 4 ohms or 1 ohm when hooked up parallel. swap the subs for a single 4 ohm or use 2 amps

Yea ur going to have to use one dual 4ohm sub or two dual 2ohm subs wire in series or buy another amp

Or u can use 2 single 4ohm subs

ok, well I'm not getting different subs so what should I look for power and ohm rating wise in an amp? Single channel and dual channel.

I'm running .75 ohms to a 1 ohm stable amp right now with no problems. My last system, I ran .5 ohm to a 1 ohm stable amp and didn't have any problems. Both amps were audiobahn. I beat the hell out of both of them and they never got hot or cut off. I ran .75 ohms to a Memphis amp that was 1 ohm stabel without any problems also. Not saying it's right, or that it will work, but it might.
