i have the pics and convo that me and him had on myspace the other night,this is what happened

So I just typed a huge buletin but went to post it and it didnt go through so im having to write another and I dont feel like retyping it all but ill make it short.
I was heading to work, noticed my sub was smoking, found out my spider landing of my sub was burning(contained no flames) pulled off called the guy I bought the sub from and reported it and he told me to take it out of my truck and to let it burn out or put it out..So I called my mom told her what had happened and to get a screwdriver ready because I was coming back home, so I turned around and as I was going back the fire was getting worse and started to build flames so I decided to pull off of 770 and to disconnect the wires from the sub and poured water on it and nothing happened the water just sizzled and it was still burning so I called my mom and told her to come where I was with the screwdriver because it was getting worse. But after waiting a couple minutes the flames were getting bigger and caught the carpet of my sub box on fire and then caught the seats on fire and from there I knew there wasnt no saving it...and from there this is what ended up happening:
I dont know what to do from here I had liabilty insurance on it so that pretty much means im screwed out of any money from the insurance company. But Im wanting to talk to the company who makes the sub(Re audio) because it was definately the sub that caught fire and im looking to take legal action against the company...if anything im getting my money back from my sub because it was warranted but im not going to settle just for that..so if anyone knows anyone who can help with telling me what I should/could do let me know! I'll have more pics and videos up later so check back. Later

so in summary saying a re is better than a jl is like saying a jensen can hit harder than a DD in a sound off. Thats's fukd up they caught fire like that. The only thing to do now is burn down the factory. I think thats fair.

heck yea he payed like 700 for that speaker,it was 1 12" and it was hittin like 126 on the db meter,but then it caught fire,lol

dude next time u hook up a sub check ur damn ohm loads u cant wire a 2 ohm speaker up 2 a 2 ohm it will fuck of somthin just like dude truk tha caught on fire.i can already tell u tha if dude just let some1 on the street or wha not hook it upthen they aint gone cover shit.an aint no lawyer gone take tha bc no 1 was hutr an y in the hell u gone by a 700 dollar speaker if u cant put full coverage on ur vehicle.people realy show there ignorance on here.hell i got there entry level subs an im hittin 129.9 so wha kinda amp u got.

no dude tha was directed toward any1 im just sayin it safe to get an ohm meter out an check them it takes a minute to do thdude bc if u wire a dual 2 ohm speaker up like u would to make it 2 ohm then it makes it 2 a half ohm an if he didnt have a amp 2 carry a half ohm then he will burn somthin up

Im running 2 JL 10's,w1 ver 2 (This is the lowest entry level of sub currently made by JL) - powered by a JL e1400d amp (120 watts to each 10) and I hit 139.9 - as in one of the post in the first page ALOT of it is install (Single cab with the box behind the seats)
