Aight ive got a 2001 toyota taco single cab truck.... i know i can notch the rear and mono-leaf, and drop blocks, maybe hangers for it. but how and what is the Cheapest/ Do-able way to drop the front about 5/6" inches or so!!!! and would anything needed to be notched (control arms, frame)

cheap as possible its for a friend and he's new and doesn't like the idea of spending the money for quality parts... so thats what i have to work with!!! thanks ahead of time

flip lower ball joints, as cheap as u can get, 4 new bolts and nuts. thats cheap

what about an spending the cash for an alignment after its dropped? Or if he doesnt like the idea of spending the cash on that what about buying new tires alot sooner than expected? Most everything we do to our rides always ends up costing more than we want to spend but in the end its definately worth it.

we have a friend that works for a dealership and he's just gonna say its his wifes truck... so it will be cheaper.. and to sadisticiron"just replace the ball joint bolts one they are flipped?"

i believe the lower ball joints have rivets in them and bolts are required to put it back in once you grind them out.
