If you have power steering, www.hydroboost.com,. They make a set up for my 88 Toy,around $400, it will solve the promblem & give you a lot more braking!

your running a 215 35 18? cuz a 205 40 17 i think is jus about the same as a 18. im almost positive its jus a bit smaller. your goin gto have to move it up over or out of the engine bay.

if your having problems with the booster, get one off a metro, there tiny, or you can do what i did and get the assembly out of a older toyota mini van, they mount under the dash stock. that with a metro booster will solve all your probs

Listen to this guy. He is very wise and he speaks the truth. Under dash is the shit. Shave those ugly boosters off!

even with that smaller tire it will still hit the booster if u body drop. ur going to have to move it regardless. maybe a smaller one will work? i jus moved mine over. what i did was i cut out the stock mount. bolt hoels and all but what i did was i went two inches more toward the motor. so next to the mount holes near the engine i had 2 inch of metal and bout 1/2inch toard the tire and i flipped the metal and re welded it back in. this moved the mounting poitn 2 inches closer to the engine.
i knwo it sounds confusing

I did that swap, just swapped them out, didn't relocated it or anything like that. I lay on 20's and have just enough room not to rub the tire.
