Like he said go check out some hand made off road spindles. He's not talking about some mass produced lAIM shit. 600 hundred bucks for a spindle that you have no alignment or tie rod issues. Especially for the guys who want to be different and want a high quality product.

i could give a flyin fuck, i dont have a taco nor do i want one. I just think its crazy to spend 600 bucks on something like that when tacos have been goin down the road bagged for a long time. If people are worried about alignment and tire wear, they shouldnt have a bagged truck.

I would love something like that on the new tacoma spindle... and 600 is fair. considering if you are using uniballs thats 200 right there for the set and you have not even gotten into matterial or labor for the rest of the spindle...

people spend $600+ on control arms... I dont see a big deal about spending that on some custom made spindles.

If you don't have a Tacoma or don't want one then why do you care? If there was a way to bag your truck and fix the alignment and tire wear issues then why not do it? Like Corey said 600 plus for control arms, why not for a set of handmade spindles?

Dude, are you serious?!?! Most of the bagged Tacos you are talking about don't lay on 20's or bigger. You say try building a trail rig, how about building a truck that lays body AND works good. Not all minitruckers are hacks, many of them want a truck that lays without issues and are willing to pay for it. The chassis I just built for the Tacoma in my profile was well into the $20k range and that was just a chassis.

I am actually tring to help out, I don't have a Taco, I don't need spindles, but many of these guys do! So if you don't have anything to add to the conversation...

I say scratch the uni-ball idea and that would be a good idea. Uni-balls arent meant for the street.

Huh? Not for the street? Who says?

People with poor designes have had issues with everything, that doesn't make them wrong. There are vehicles out there for almost 10 yrs on spherical bearing of some sort, that I did. They work, I promise.

Ive already built a truck that lays body and works good, and yea i paid to have some tube control arms for it.

I can see making spindles for these NEW tacomas that are actually able to lay body on a 22, but spindles for the old tacomas you probably wouldnt sell to many of them.

Thats just my
