p30 rear comes in what trucks???

Is it true that I want to use a dually rear from a Box truck... not a box STYLE truck... a freakin aluminum box truck??

the rear is out of a step van. chev's was the p30 and yes if you find one real cheep with the aluminum body you can cut it up and scrap it for almost what you paid for it

like this

or if you want something the neighbors would like to look at you can go this rout

WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING FOR AXLES?? JUST A RESPLINE?? GOOD FRIEND OF MINE OWNS A CHASSIS SHOP AND NARROWS HOUSINGS ALL DAY LONG.. 400 SOUNDS HIGH JUST TO DO A HOUSING, IS THAT AXLES TOO???

Axles should be easy to respline because they are not tapered on the ends. 400 is probably with axles also.

Moser does some of our stuff and it is about 400 to ship the axle housing up there and for them to make new chromoly axles.

yea moser was the only ones that I found to make axles for the 14, 10 bolt rears at just a little over $300 for the pair

They do awesome work.

perfecto!!!!!!!!!! awesome... thats the rear I have

it is for the axles and housing.

Bill Carlton and I were talking at a show this past year and he said it cost 1200 to narrow a rearend.

I could buy a 3/4 ton for that.

I figured this would just be easier, he does trucks and shit all the time so I trust his work.

hey lock your right the p30 rear isn't a direct bolt in I looked under my truck to night for the first time sence I rolled it under there
