You could pull the pump and change the box to a manual and be done. Its not hard to drive a mini without power steering.

If it were me i would just buy the pump, power steering is nice to have. Go hit the junkyards for a pump.

Well...It was going to be a temp. thing until i could buy another pump or whatever. Its a pain in the ass to drive with a burnt pump, even while moving...

Its the only thing holding me back from actually driving the vehicle.
