i bought my york from advance, its an actual ford York 210 compressor and it spits oil.

sucks for you guys, i empty my trap every 2-3 weeks, unless i forget, and check the oil once a month, it spit alot of out like the first hour of use, but i think it was overfilled....

I had the same problem with mine on my 99 silverado that easystreet sold to me, they don't seem to care though when you talk to them to see what the problem is and they wouldn't replace mine, so on my new truck I went with AZ and haven't had a problem yet.-rj

my york spit alot of oil at first... but i started runnin srtaight 30wt oil in it now it seems to be fine.. i only need to add oil like once a month & its almost nothin... i dun o if it matters but mine is a 210 not the 206 or what ever one comes with the kits

i have ton alot of eng driven and never had them spit oil i say your either over filling it or there using shitty compressors

First off, make sure you are running Straight 30 weight oil. If not, change over to it. Second, don't block that passage in the york crank case to the head. That passage is what allows the crank bearings to stay cooler during operation by allowing oil to pass over them.

Take a look over my tutorial on the york on my site. Its not complete yet (once school is out I will finish it up), but you get the idea for the most part. All I haven't done is installed the compressor. http://www.airridetalk.com/tutorials/tutorials/air-on-demand/
