ok, so i want to do 2 valves per bag on the back of my truck for side to side. now i don't like the idea of having to level the truck constantly.. also i have one gauge for the back and one for the front.

Now for my idea. 1 line per bag, 2 valves (up down), now if i t'd the super small gauge line (like 1/8th i think) to both the seperate lines i should be able to get side to side movement and still have the truck level out eventually right?? will this also work for the front to prevent the front from diving into the ground when cornering???

couldn't you just wire it up on 3 switches? 2 to lift and lower each bag indepently, and 1 to lift and lower both bags at the same time? That's how mine use to be...

not possible for each bag to be controlled sepertly or i would.

The only thing I see that may happen is that you will still have the body roll from the air shifting through where you have the 2 lines t'd together. May not be as bad with 1/8 line but will still be there.

You don't have to worry about the front end diving on corners even with just one up and one down on the front with a tee going to the bags. Mine is that way with 2 lift valves and 1 dump and I get no sway around corners. Even without a sway bar it just doesn't happen much to notice. I prefer not individual corners as if something happens to one bag you will not be able to stop as it takes weight off that wheel and the opposite back one and it teters on the other two. I damned near killed myself in my s10 when that happened while turning into oncoming traffic. With them tee'd together the whole front will drop if something goes wrong but at least I can stop. There is ways to do what you want though and still keep them independent or together. Run a line inbetween the 2 bags and put a ballvalve in there to shut off air transfer and do side to side then open it up to drive normally. You can do it with electric valves too but you need to find one that is normally open and that would close with a switch which is totally opposite of the way they are now. You would burn up the coil if you used a standard air valve and left power to it to keep it open.

Did I confuse you yet?????

One thing to look at too with side to side, will the back tires hit the fenders when hitting the switches for the beeches? If you have plenty of clearance then you are good, on mine with 16's on it the tires rubbed when I was layed out and definetely no side to side with out ripping off the fenders. I wish I could 3 wheel it now!!, that is one thing I miss about hydros and no body drop on my s10.
