The problem I see with trying to level with what I will call an "equalizer tube" is that I my burb the bags didn't necessarily have the same pressure in them to be level. Now I don't know if that is the way it is with most bagged vehicles but it was with mine.

just use this "equalizer tube" but put a valve in between it connecting the both rearbags .
you can use a big line too with this idea.
if you want the level out after the side to side thingy hit the middle valve until it is level then close it again so you dont get bodyroll

Update!

i linked the 2 independent lines with 1/8 tubing, it levels out with in 20 to 25 seconds, enough for some side to side fun! works really well too! it also seems to handle better as it was one line t linked to 2 bags before (air over leaf setup)
