Primer Paintjobs

also had this on a hood for a while..

what is the best way to make a tintable primer appretiate any help!!!!!!!!

i went to a local paint store and told them what i wanted.

the off-white is Transtar White Euro Classic Primer with a little base coat mixed in, and the orange was the same primer tinted with basecoat to a pink color, with a sealer mixed with orange base coat sprayed on top

still gotta put it back together it is a weird ass color but i wanted it tinted and this is what i got which was nothing near what i was wanting but i ran out of tinting color and just had to add some black and this is what i got
