depends on what was put into the stroker motor, if it was built well, it prolly has alot more power than your motor... with the stock internals and a whipple supercharger, you might be pushing 370-380 hp, but a built 383 can put out alot more than that all motor, but you'll get half the gas mileage your are getting now if you are lucky...... but the throttle response is nice with a fuel injected forced air motor......
