about an inch apart go kinda slow! and i tacked mine all up, u dont have to but i did

man i understand, dont pay no one to do it, you will appreciate your ride more by doing the work, alittle trick to do is tack 1inch or a half an inch apart, if you want to go fast get some ice and rag and cool the tacks after you lay them down 2 at a time or 3 at a time, the body work is not that bad as long as you dont warp the metal, and be careful grinding also it can warp it to good luck keep us updated

hey thanks man ya im 17 and ive done everythin to my truck myself an that wont change you cant clame shit if you dont do it.. but thanks man for the help i got it down now.

To what was said from danny... No never cool your tack welds down with a wet rag NEVER EVER. If you do then the quick temperature change from hot to cold will contract to quickly and warp your metal. Just go slow and feel the metal if its to hot to hold your hand to in the spot you are going to weld then wait. Make sure your skin is lined up I use magnets to help hold pieces in place. Wants its lined up take it in the corners then start doing 1" or so apart going from side to side meaning do a tack on the left side then one on the right then go back to the left. Then before you know it its welded up. Now once you start grinding the welds down don't work in one area to long because heat will build up. You may see some spots or srea that need more tacks. weld it then grind em back down once thats done. I wipe it down with some acitone to clean and oils from your hands or dirt in the air etc... Then slap on some filler I prefer "RAGE" others may prefer others just don't get cheap like bondo at wal-mart or discount because you will get what you paid for. Hope this helps and if you F-up try again on a friends care hondas make great learning canvas's for new body men

i got it in finally its been done for a cupple weeks or so it turned out really good thanks for the help.
