Hey dwight F. What is that fusor stuff? and how do you use it??? Should I just fiberglass the bottom side of it to reinforce it????

Its a 2 part adhesive that comes in a tube. The product I actually use is called Speed Grip (very similar to Fusor), its a structural adhesive made by Norton. You will need a special caulking gun to use it. Where the cracks were i beveled them out with an angle grinder and covered the whole area inside and out real well. The speed grip can be sanded once hardend, then filled over and primed. It worked out real well for me. Good luck

I have the same problem on mine the defrost vents have a couple of cracks but you really can't see them. What color are you trying to paint it danny?
