Or you can get the original one that has a nice actuator with limit switches, machines parts, and laser cut sheetmetal. The copy kits use power window kits. If you want to do it for less you can use power window or power seat parts from a salvage yard and it wont cost much at all.

I appriciate the help but im on a budget right now. I just lost my job couple weeks ago. But im shaving the taillights and rollpan is being welded on as soon as it gets here. I likee the way big dee did his. Thats the way i kinda want to do mine i think. If i get a job soon though i will check into the avs jobs. I like those they are very nice and will help when i knock over a 7 11 or two. J/K. But yeah i had that idea like big dee only i was thinking of haven it come straight out from between the tailgate and roll pan. Then just bend down a little and bolt the tag on. Thanks for the help guys. I do appriciate it. Ill post some pictures up as soon as it gets done.

im using a dealer magnet on my ranger, i can move the tag wereever i want!

Nobody steals your tag? Thats what was gonna do but the people around here steal anything not screwed or glued down. And some stuff that is.
