I ride w/ mine @ about 130 psi front, and about 100 rear. When you said bounce in your 1st post I assumed you meant it was stiff, like you were riding on bricks. Or does it seem like it is floating? Either way, turning those adjusters will change the stiffness of the strut. I have 1/2 valves as well, I just have very lightly tap the switch to get it were I want it.

If its hard for you to control the speed of the drop do some Flow controls on them cheaper than changing valves out and you can adjust how slow you want it. You should not have a bad ride at all. On my Alero when i had it i filled it up all the way and tapped the switch just a few times to drop it some and it rode smooth. It all depends on the pressure you have in the bags as to how it is going to ride.

Sounds like you're simply new to switches and don't know how to tappppp 'em yet. It will come. I have 1/2" valves on my truck and I can adjust the height to wherever I want, just takes practice tapping the switches and figuring out how far you can 'push' them.

For 'flow controls', if you so want, get some ball valves and introduce them somewhere between the fill valve and tank, then you can adjust the ball valve as needed to get a slower flow rate.
