Hydros are a good way to get that thing down. I mean you can do alot of work and get it on down with bags but its not the easiest. Im either goin juice or Im gonna clip the front of my car. Not sure yet

Universal bag-max at 10in compressed at 6in

the reason they don't go as far is because of the sleeve on the inside. i have some universal that are not sleeved and i didn't loose any drop when i swapped out my firestones.

its not gonna work if u cut the strut rod out. if you cut the rod out whats gonna hold the strut in its place? the bag wont itll tear then your whole front suspension will be under your car. something some type of rod has to be attached to the upper mount, either a strut rod, hydraulic cyclinder, or air cylinder. there is a way to go as low as juice on cans, with the right cans and installed the right way.

Ya I hear ya... But even if I bolt it to the top mount and the bottom I would still have problems? The bag would only move when the strut turns...
