Sure, why not spend the money on new bags without first making sure that your front suspension isn't maxed out already. If it is, then getting new bags will do nothing for you and it will just be wasted money.
Put the truck at full lift, then put a jack under the front of the truck, and start jacking it up. If the tires come up off the ground right away, then you're already maxed out and no matter what bag you use, you won't get any higher. If the tires stay on the ground as you lift it up with the jack, then you do have extra clearance and taller bags will help.
Might as well take 5 minutes to do this unless you don't mind dropping cash on bags you might not even need.
