Ok so the sqeaking is still there. So I took the wheels back off to check out the pads. They is still plenty of pad left. Could the rust possibly have gotten on the pads? Or maybe dust? But it gets better. I checked out the inside pad on the passenger side and I noticed something horrible. The rotor has groves in it and the pad is the shape of the rotor with the grooves. You should be able to see it in the pictures. PLEASE HELP ME. I guess I need to go get a new rotor and new pads for that side and see if that fixes the problem. Any advice?

I'm not completely sure but I think you woud have to do both sides, even though only one may need repair. For braking purposes both sides need to be equal. If you have a new and an old rotor you may have some trouble with braking performance.

Yeah bro...those rotors need to be replaced...You can't turn them at O'reilly's...By the looks of it, they look a little deep.
