Brian, I'd like to meet you sometime. You do some very nice work. After the graphics were down, how long did it take you to lay the stripes? Did you shoot an innercoat clear beforehand? And do you do the striping yourself? And how do you like the HOK striping paint?

Thanks Sean,....I've got to be honest, Your paint jobs have inspired me to do the type of work I do.....The funny thing is, I have always admired your work, but I never knew you did so many of the paint jobs I saw in the magazines!!....LOL.....After the graffix were laid down, I did spray an inercoat clear ( 3 coats) becouse there was so much Kandy paint & metal flake, The paint job had to leveled out before I pinstripe. Mostly becouse I don't like to see ANY tape lines through the pinstipes, It almost confuses people when they can't tell how the paint job was performed, And the pinstripe almost has a slight shadow above the graffix giving them great deapth.I't honestly took me about 12 hours to stripe this car..(about a day and a half)And I truly pride my self in my pinstriping, I do all of my own work and unfortunitly run a one man show from start to finish. When I first started striping I used One-Shot....But obviously being oil based enamal I had plently of lifting probiblems....so now that I use HOK striping urathanes I have no probiblems and the brush flows very smoothly with very little thinning needed. I would highly recomend HOK stripes over ALL!Sean, Thanks again, and I trully hope we do get to meet each other some day!!!keep up your awsome work and thanks for inspireing young artist like me............................"Lost Cause"
