I like the inner fenders on that primered one a lot. Lol.

Those look to be stock EFI setups, with aftermarket intake arms..

yeah thats the factory B2200 intake. You would need the whole setup, in tank pump, ecu, wireharness, and the distributor too.

If you wanted to make it a little easier, but slightly more expensive, you can get a Megasquirt ECU and a factory intake from either a B2200 or the 323/626 intake I mentioned, and use a RX7 intank pump. Upgrade the lines, I'd say you'd be done in a weekend and under 1500 bucks for everything.

russ-d do you know if theres any intake that will bolt to a early 90's mazda to make it a carb??? in other words can an older carb intake bolt up to ones like those pictured???

i have a friend with an absolute electrical mess and hardley any funds so we've been brain stormin on how to get his pile goin again

thanks

if its a B2200 then yes the carb intake will bolt up. You will need to replace the intank pump with a low pressure Carter pump too, it is all a direct replacement.

If its an 89-93 B2600i then no, no one I have ever heard of makes a carbed intake for that motor. Dont buy a 87-88 B2600 carb intake thinking it will work either, that is a mitsubishi engine.

Did you still have some RE7 bags? I sent you a message on s10forum but never heard back from you.

megasquirt.info is the DIY ECU, but if you dont have any electronics skill that might be a bit steep of a learning curve. You can get them ready to use on ebay for ~450, I recommend you buy both a matching stim (stimulator for power up and programming away from the vehicle) and a relay board (great for power distribution and works like a strip connection for all your sensors and stuff)

If you are wanting all factory stuff you will need to find a factory EFI truck and take all the parts I mentioned. They are pretty rare, so good luck. Easier to find the 323/626 intake and use MS at that point.
