Looking very nice! How much lift are you getting out of those control arms and what kind of camber do they have up and down? My uppers are maxing out around 9.5" and the bags have another 1.5" of travel left. They are full of shims and still positive camber so much at mid lift they rub the fenders if not 100% centered. Id like to get a pair if it will solve my lift issues. Thanks for the help...

I think i max out vertically, directly under my x-member at 14" of lift up front.

At mid lift, or about 6-7" off the ground, my wheels are flat, no camber. At about 12-14 i get soem serious positive camber.

We have a customer right now that we just built a set for to lay on 24" wheel tire combo, and with all the other sets weve installed and sold, everyone with a 20 or 22 has just bolted them right on, or at the most with a few shims, and they lay, and clear their fenders easily. We can build around anything for your needs, our jigs are fully adjustable, and can angle the cup certain ways to do whatever you need.

holler if you need a set or want more info. Ill be at havoc this week, and you can check mine out thare if you want. I hope to have an extra set lying in the truck also incase anyone needs to buy a set. I can show you the differences in the set that i have on my vehicle, and the set that we sell for production.

Thanks

Taylor

what is the process to paint the motor like you have it and have it last for a while. is there special paint that you use or is it the primer that is special. or both

Theres alittle bit of a trick to it, my local paint supply store has a older guyt hare that really knows his shit, and took care of finding all of it for me.

First i had my block baked and blasted, so it was perfectly clean, and then i put a few layers of a high heat primer on it. Then i sprayed a heat barrier on it, the heat barrier was something that my paint guy found, that sprays like a clear, and you just put a coat of it on after your primer, and its supposed to make it more stable to spray a kandy on your engine block. Hes done a few this way, and i they still look great, and one he drives every day thats a SBC with a kandy red color on it, with not discoloration or fadinr or anything.

thanks

Taylor, What are you using for exhaust? Mainfolds or headers to clear your cylinders.
