Hmm are you 100% sure it's not the upper nut, or your lower mounting bolt/nut that's loose that's causing the rattling? Have you also had a chance to check out all fasteners related to the suspension (like ball joints, lower control arm mounts, tie rods, tc rods, etc.)? It's possible that they've worked loose or have worn out from having the suspension swapped out with something that definitely puts more stress on them than stock. Other than that... the only other thing I can think on the easy street air struts that could make a rattling noise would be the bag's top plate maybe rocking a little against/between the strut shaft and whatever top mount you've got it against. (Oh yeah, and it doesn't hurt to use the supplied rubber isolator, or even go with a thicker one if need be.)
