same here thanks everybody. I got more response in here than any chevy forums on baggin. get to read good insight of what I'm gonna be facing.

4pumpedTLon20s I'm giong with air bar on the rear and now with jay's response, I'm prob looking at doing the shockwave in front.
I PMed SWS4life so hopefully he can get back to me on the spindle hub setup he has. so that probably makes it much easier converting the front to 2wd...

well see how mine will go! I must be crazy enough to do it.

http://www.layitlow.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=294543...

it has some good shots of the 2 link... how it was notched ect.. the front brackets...

if you fancy the shockwave route... check this link out... will give ya some mo ideas

http://www.ridetech.com/projectview.asp?ID=12144&SUBSYS=CC... personally i prefer a bag... more lift and cheaper

oh yeah before i forget...Art airbar...pfrrrt... way too expensive and not enough room under there for that crap... I will take my trusty 2 link anyday... its much better with the bag in front of the wheel... tons of lift and rides great....once you relocate shocks and get rid of the factory shock mounts.. the only obstacle is the gas filler going over the axle... i did a notch without cutting my floor... but could easily go bigger notch later with the setup now... i had a 4 link from ShAim... and boy did i regret that....its another version of the art... I had nothing but probs with the panhard... cut out that shock cross member and move your shocks out back and skys the limit.... the only other thing is the gas tank is huge and cannot be raised much so you will be dragging that before frame.... also cut the bump stops off and you will tuck a 20 2 the rim up front... but will also drag your transfer case....buy 2wd and save alot of headaches... or buy mine... i just caddy clipped it today.....hahahahahahaaha

Kreative,

did you just took out the front axle or you used the different spnidle and hub? I'm gonna take out axle etc in the front and sell whatever I can to make fewmore $ for the bag etc. yeah after I'm reading all these and I'm still trying to bag my 4wd must be nuts!
