Considering i'm getting my truck bagged sometime this summer, and the bed has to be tooken off, so a blow through box will not be the best choice, and considering i want to keep my back seat, what kind of system setup could i do giving me around 150 decibals with the limited space i have?

150 is a very high #. Very few people can legitimatly hit that.

Now comes everybody with an ebay system saying they hit 175 and up.

it may not be 150 that i get as long as it hits hard, and don't sound like a walmart system then thats what i'm looking for, 150 is just a number i threw out there

I don't know the answer I'm trying to figure out how to get a 12 cu3 box in my 74 crew.

I did 2 Eclipse 10"s facedown under the rear seat of mine. I had to raise the seat up an inch. It actually made the rear seat more comfortable. Its not gonna hit 150db. But it sounds great, and much better than a Walmart system. Another plus is I lost no room and none knows theres a system in the truck till they hear it.

That's going to be tough. You might have to start looking into some more exotic box designs, like a solobaric design, push/pull, stacked, etc. I've got a 2006 Frontier CC. I've decided to just go with a couple of 8's. Still need to do some measuring though and see where to put them. I may either do 1 under each front seat, 2 under the passenger side rear (60%) in either a sealed box sharing the same acoustic space, a solobaric or, if I can mount them sideways, maybe a stacked setup (One pushes the other). I won't get the low end (unless I were to port) but at least the bass will be tight.

My brother has a simple 2 10's in a sealed box behind his seat. It isn't bad. You could probably run one quality sub in a ported box and get good volume from it. Do like nrskinny said and mount it under the seat.

I fit two Kicker CVT 12s under the back seat of my lincoln and they sounds good as hell. They dont pound crazy loud, but i kept my back seat. I couldnt be happier. They are the new shallow subs by kicker with a mounting depth of 4.5 inches. I highly recomend them with the Kicker ZX 750.1 amp.

That push pull idea with 2 subs may seem like agood idea, but you would be just as well of to do just one sub. The amount of volume will be the same with one as it will be with one stacked on the other ( The term used is isobaric ). Isobaric loading doesnt gain you any extra DB's.

we sell pioneer flats that are about 3 1/2 inches deep, the new Rockford p3 slims, and the crappy sont flats

i put 3 flat pioneer 12s into a 2005 crew cab chevy with a rockford t1500-1bd and it slammed... or course we had to build a custom fiberglass box, and raise the seat some, but it hit.. hard
