I've decided to just go with a couple of 8's. Still need to do some measuring though and see where to put them. I may either do 1 under each front seat, 2 under the passenger side rear (60%) in either a sealed box sharing the same acoustic space, a solobaric or, if I can mount them sideways, maybe a stacked setup (One pushes the other). I won't get the low end (unless I were to port) but at least the bass will be tight.
That push pull idea with 2 subs may seem like agood idea, but you would be just as well of to do just one sub. The amount of volume will be the same with one as it will be with one stacked on the other ( The term used is isobaric ). Isobaric loading doesnt gain you any extra DB's.
