24's on an S-10

if you didnt know better you would think you are on s10forum. to run 24s is a great accomplishment to any one, regardless if you are the first one, you still will be only a hand full to do it. lets drop the pride and hate and help each other

YEAH I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW YOU GET ABOVE TIRE WITHOUT DOIND ALL NEW CONTROL ARMS. MY TACOMA LIFTED ABOVE TIRE BUT IT RODE HARD SO I HAD TO BUILD A WHOLE FRONT END NEW LONG TRAVLE UPPERS AND LOWERS AND SPINDELS. SO I REALLY CANT SEE IT WORKING BEING AT LEAST 2 INCHES LOWER THEN MINE. IM NOT DOUBTING U I JUST CANT IMAGINE IT. BUT IT LOOKS GOOD ANYWAYS. AND SO MANY PEOPLE TRY TO COMPARE MT TRUCK TO YOURS IT ISNT FUNNY. I DONT EVEN HAVE A BODY DROP HAHA. PEACE.

I mean hell look at his forum half the time, bout half the threads are bitchin at each other, talkin shit on someones ride, someone talkin thier game up to try and act like thier some kinda god (and half the time not know shit really at that), some moron wanna-be thats never even built a truck but slammin everyone elses. Its not like it used to be when people were just straight up cool and treated everyone else at shows with respect.

Just like that one dude in a thread lately ....his whole entire club left him on the side of the road broke down cause they wanted to get to a show and be able to clean th rides to get a $2 trophy..... hell ive stopped almost every chance ive got on the way to shows to help someone if i see em broke down....no matter if i can actually lend a hand or not.... not just gonna leave em stranded with no options what so ever

pretty much sums up why after this spring once my truck is finished.... im startin a 32 cause at all rod shows ive been to at least at least its not a bunch of punks acting retarded and talkin shit

matt....you speak the truth...everyone (almost) is out for them selves...example...i rebuilt a friends set up front and back, he didint have what he needed so i gave him mine and he was supposed to help me do it but he hurt his back so i did it all, i stopped before i finnished the front due to no material. i havent heard from him sense and its been 3-4 months,.......thats the last time i help someone who doesnt appreciate it...i also put my truck on hold to do his so we could ride out together..what a joke....now mine is nearing completion but it looks like i will be riding solo

all this bullshit because one dude asks in the first post if the wheels were 24s...maybe if we spent alittle more time working on our rides and alittle less being internet turds this wouldnt happen

Good call JT. I have a question. What good is bodydropping a truck on ridiculous sized wheels if it DOESN'T FUCKING LAY?!?!? I personally would never build an S-10, and I'm sure I'll get slammed for saying that.. but I just prefer almost anything with a bed over an S-10. But hypothetically let's say I am. I think I'd build something that looked good to me.. like say a 20" wheel up front.. where the truck would still look cool riding down the road and switching lanes with the rockers 1/4" off the ground. I just don't understand how any of you can think this looks good.. especially lifted enough to drive. If you put such a big wheel on your bodydropped truck that it doesn't lay.. you might as well build a DONK. Argue with me all any of you like.. but it's my opinion, and nobody is going to change it. I just thought I would share it since I feel all warm inside.

you said "first one done", doesn't look done to me. First one to lay a s-10 on 24's that posted in ssm... maybe, but not first one done. Big difference between being the first one to have 24's and being the first one done. Not talking shit but it looks far from being done to me. Until its rolling down the road, it is far from done.

Exactly what I've been wanting to say since day one but didn't want to start any drama. What exactly qualifies it as first? I say take off those 24's and put 26's on it with no bed and no fenders, then You'd have the first s10 laying rockers on 26's. Just doesn't make any sense.
