18's And Laying Frame ?

You definitely don't need spindles...

Just by trimming the arms and flipping the ball joints i got both my mazda's to lay out nice-one with 225/35's and the other with 225/40's...no problem.

I didn't cut the upper arm either, if you need to go for it, but it may slightly decrease lift.

Also make sure you bare your frame like the pic above, and mount the bag as far in as possible, with at least a 1/2" gap thru out the travel of the suspension. And make sure your bag doesn't rub on ANYTHING, you can't double check that enough!
