$150 a seat is pretty good even for tweed (tweed is much more forgiving than vinyl) I used to charge between $150-$250 for tweed seats depending on the design and $250-$350 for vinyl with a basic pleated design.
If the headliner is being covered in one color with no design $50 for single cab and $75 for estended cab. If you're not body dropped you should buy a pre formed carpet from a company like ACC and do it yourself it's easy.
As far as the door panels they are priced case by case and can be quite expensive if you get a little crazy on the design.
Damn, I wish you lived close to me. I talked to a guy today who wants $350 a seat in tweed(just labor) and $175 for my headliner in tweed.
I got my celica buckets for my Luv truck two tone tweeded(black w/green inserts) for $125 a seat. If you live close to Ohio gimme a pm and I can get you ahold of the kid who did mine
I also did my headliner and my door panels(w/designs) myself, tweed is very easy to work with
