Funny Kris posted something about all the hate on SSM. I myself haven't been on the website as much as I used to because of the pointless forums, and alot of the, well, hate that's out there. If we want to bicker, then let's bicker about more important things. Like the laws, the gas prices. Or how about just making each other aware of the crooks that are stealing out of our own pockets. Cause we all know people do what they can to scam our scene. Things are constantly being changed to negativly affect us. We get a bad rap for doing what we love....let's talk about that!?!?!?

People say they are being hated on if you don't agree with them. Its a forum, thats what its for. Not to hold your hand and say everything is great! Not to say that since u 2 linked your full size you are #1. Come on! I'm sure disney.com and other sites like that may be better for you. There are lots of dumb asses on just about any site you go to.

Hate is saying stuff about stuff you can't change, skin color, or maybee i'll even go as far as the type of vehicle you may have purchased.

The only main issue with the site is dumb comments, like....
Q. I want to lower my "brand x" truck, anyone know of anyone who makes suspension parts for it?
A. I know belltech makes lowering stuff, but they don't make anything for your truck.

There is ALLOT of this kind of stuff. Ow well, just my 2 cents.

Ow yea, one more thing, minitruckers are cool, everyone else sucks. hahahahahahaha

not looking to start a negative thread, just looking to start a positive impact on our scene... it has been posted many times. how many younger guys and newbies to this sport do u think are scared to make a post in the forums cause they dont want to get hated on.. i mean wow. what do we want this sport to become extinct that quik. i personally dream of when i can take my kid/kids to their 1st show right now though if i had kids i would not want them near the scene. there has become a arrogance "like my shit is better than yours type shit" i mean c-mon how many guys got everything perfect their 1st time?? & if u did then be a leader.... im not going to type up the 10 pages worth of shit in my head im just going to end this here... lets all just try to taper off the whole negative vibe we are putting out... we are all in this together...

Honestly, who is scared to post? Seems like the new people post and not able to take any sort of critisism. If I post my ride, and you think there is a better way to do something I did, i'm all ears. Should go for old and young allike. Being critical does not equal hate.

Its funny, my 15 year old says i'm just hating on him just cause I make him go to bed at a certain time and such. LOL

I have noticed also how much of the BS goes on in the forums... which I have to say has honestly pushed me away from wanting to post anything. Good to hear you guys are going to pour the haters a nice tall glass of "shut up juice".

Helpful criticism is good, but some of the stuff people post is just trash talk.

chris i def feel the same. ive known you and garrick since 99 running around pigeon forge going nuts. seems not long after that and the site blew up things changed. seems you got a ton of assholes who think their shit dont stink. i cant stand people hating. if something is done to someone elses ride that you dont like, its not yours...get the fuck over it, theres no need to talk a person down. back in the day i was always making post's and was in the chat room. but it gets old hearing all the negative things said about other people. im not renewing my membership. i was platinum and just let it run out. dont take this wrong the magazine puts together some awesome pages filled with some of the nicest trucks and cars in the scene.

I am so tired of this site......I let my platinum run out also...I was not going to renew until the change in management on this site finally wanted to make good on owing everybody and their brother t-shirts and gave me a free gold instead.

I used to come on here alot and give my PROFESSIONAL opinion to others that had problems on their ride until others started bashing my responses and asking: "Who the hell do you think you are?" and my favorite: "Are you some kind of know-it-all?". This shit gets on my nerves. I stopped helping people just because of that stupid kind of thinking.

I like the spirit of the movement, but let's face it, HATERS are everywhere and you can't eliminate douche bags.

So point the haters out but in the end this will never end.
