do anybody use katzkin and is it hard to install.

i know people who use them i herd there really tight fit but once there done they look great

We install over a 100 leather kits a month at our shop. If you are half way mechanically inclined, you will have no problem installing it.

If the kit is really tight ...use a steamer to get it hot. It will loosed up and be easier to install.

then what do you do hogring the bottoms?

its basically a factory replacement, hogring it in the same spot the factory did, its pretty simple. itll give your hands a good workout

i hogring at work all day anyway so itll be nice i need new covers on my hoe so i was thinkin of doin the katzkins but dont know how expensive they are

you can go to autoleathers.com that is katzkins online store and price them there if im not mistaken for a hoe your lookin at 7-850 depending on what options u get...

for just the fronts? i just want plain covers nothin embroydered or anything

I have been doing the kit in the xA tonight. I have never done anything like it before so I got a buddy of mine to come over and help me out with the install. My kit was a little over $900 and thats allot cheaper than the what most shops want to charge me. The install is tight but it is truning out great.
