i know that with the 18inch maxim factory offset and bagged i layed frame and cleared fenders with the inside of the fenders shaved smooth. once i did the BD i was able to flare the fenders enough to clear 18inch maxims. when i got the new 20's though is when i had to modify the uppers cause there was no way they were going to tuck plus you have to tub the firewall. hope this helps you out.
