That's nice. I've been wondering about those Chevy wheels. Want to put some on my Ram50. But one question, how's that Freightliner making any money by sitting in the driveway providing shade for the Luv?

Thanks guys been kickin ass on the bed so ill have some progress pics soon.

The freightshaker is my dads truck he doesnt drive anymore, everytime i tell him to sell it he changes the subject. He's pretty attached to it... its been in the driveway so long I really dont notice it anymore lol.

Well once truck driving gets in your blood, it's hard to get out. My dad drove for about 25 years, tried to give it up twice. Then got back into driving and drove a truck till he ended up passing away in one. But I say work on the Freightliner after the Luv! You can lay it out on the side fairings!

It already is I used to ride with my dad in his truck every summer when I was out of school. Once i was done with school I was riding around with him all year round. Got to see lots of the country I kinda miss those days now I got responsibilties lol. i got my cdl permit to drive it but since im only 18 and dont have my cdl i cant get insurance with a company till Im 21.

Anyways worked on the luv all day and got the wheel tubs in the bed.....

Finished up all the welding on the bed and ground down the welds lol. Put the bed on to see if everything fit. Then prepped the whole inside of the bed and started putting on the seam sealer, and it went downhill from there. Decided to call it a day, Now tomorrow I get to remove all the bad seam sealer and try again with 3m istead of "Bondo" brand seam sealer.
