vandalism

ok so tonight i was at work, working. i work in a factory. my supervisor comes up to me and tells me to clock out and leave because my mom ahd been hurt. so i run outside to find my family, which was supposibly wiating for me. I walk outside to find about 7 people including my x girlfriend, all wanting to fight me. i sit and argue fora while, finally going back inside seeing that im one person and they are 7, its obvious who woulda gotten their ass kicked. ok so i walk in and its all good, then i ealve to go home its all good, then i get in my truck and find my keys are in the ignition, apparently i had forgotten them since i was in such a rush to find out what happaned to my mom, so that means my door was unlocked. i had totally forgotten about the keys being in the ignition during the whole argument with these 7 people. ok so i leave to go home, and as i said my keys were in the igition then i realize my pants are getting wet from the seat, so i lok and theirs coke all over the palce in my car, two empty cups, everythings soaked, all over my headliner, its like puddles in my seats, my dash, my cd player, my gauges, everything.

i was wondering if anyone has had anything happen to tehir truck like this....

and if theirs anything i can do about it?can i press charges or something? seeing that tehse people got inside my truck and vandalized it?

depends on where you live. In north carolina you can go to a magistrates office and take out a warrant for property damage. You will have to pay to fix the damages, but if they are found liable in court they will have to pay you back for the bills plus "damages".

You should have filed a police report that night when you found the vandalism, so that its documented and you will have a police report when you go to court. Depending on how long ago it was you still might be able to file the report, but some departments/states have a time limit on how long you have to file a report.

when you say "they" who are you referring to? I go to court literally every other month, and I see court work all the time, you just have to be patient and make sure you're RIGHT.

so they faked a call to your work to get you outside? what was that shit all about. Well, unless someone saw them do it or they were caught on tape its gonna be hard to convict them

we got some thugs in here! call the police, tell them the whole story, its obvious they did it, anyone can see that. even a judge. im sure there are prints on those empty cups as well....if it came to that.

MOST people are too dumb to realize the extent people will go to find them guilty.

well there are some bitchs here too!!!well try court first but you have to think your cans and prints are gone,so what do you have now...or just wait for it to happen again but it will be very costly on you,or they might catch you off gaurd cause they did come to your work...but hell try court maybe the video (if you have one at work)will help you out alot...
