witness or no witness, you have enough evidence to compell a judge. trust me I see what a bat can do, and what court can do EVERYDAY. dont believe me, I will be sitting in a district court room all day on wednesday, come join me and watch how court REALLY works, not just how you THINK it works

if he wanted charged pressed he shoulda called the cops right then. but if theres so many people involved and as long as you know some names maybe the cops can get one of them to crack.
