Just replaced O2 sensor - still get CEL - P0135...help!!

Yeah the short to ground is very rare i have only had 1 in the 8 years i have been with honda. Yeah if it comes right back on when u clear the code then it is a hard code. if it is not the sensor then it is deff a wiring or circuit issue

I took it to the shop that did my auto to manual swap. The asshole just said "it's because you don't have a cat" and I said no because it's the primary O2 and there is NO POWER to the O2 sensor. He said it wouldn't have power because the cat...I said a few choice words and left. I scheduled an appointment at a pretty reputable shop dealing that strictly work on imports. We will see if they can wire it correctly or whatever the case is. I have no clue what's going on. And is there a fuse for the O2 sensor? I can't find a fuse under the hood or on the left or right side of the dash. I've heard of the "under dash fuse box" but have no idea where it is...I've looked all under there.
