Please take it to a shop and have it redone. Kudos for using a wishbone 3 lnk, but its pretty clear you dont know anything about setting one up, so find someone who can help you. Lots of good shops in socal. You gave it a shot but it is time to get some help.

The rear end tilts forward and back.. I would redo it, but its a bitch to work with and i got the lower bars all welded in.
I suck at doing 4-link geomotry

This is because your bar mounting points are 4 inches apart at the axle, and 2 feet apart at the frame. You need to make this number a lot closer numerically to decrease the pinion angle change. I think thats the most basic explanation I can give you.

I would suggest getting you some dow rods and laying the rear suspension out on a piece of plywood and finding lengths that work for you. I built a 3D front suspension out of wood for my truck to make sure all the angles work out before I actually started putting it to metal. It will help with alot of the headaches, such as the one your having now. It's easier to remove a screw than it is to remove a tab welded to your axle. Just my .02

Not to be a smart ass, but I would suggest measure twice, cut once, tack everything and try it before welding it out. I speak from experience. I had to redo mine like 5 times before I got it right. This is a side view of mine....
