2x2 isn't going to be enough to get your Maz laying flat rocker anyways. You will need a 3 3/4" BD to get the a flattened rocker to lay on the ground. A 2x2 frame rail would get you about a 3 to 3 1/4" drop will be about a 1/2" short. If you do a 2" stock floor and a 1 3/4 conventional it will put you where you want to be. You won't need to rebuild your trans tunnel doing it this way and you will still have a place to run your exhaust too. I'm starting one at my shop in a week or so that will be set up as I have described,I'll try and post you up some pix if I can.

just wondering what are you suppose to do if the trucks stock frame is 2x3??? i dont see any reason if that was the case that 2x2 wouldnt work espically if braced and welded properly..

i could be a lil off on the mesurments but a 720 frame is pretty small compared to most minis now a days.. and thats what i was reffering to.
