I personally would not wet the floor down, I say this B/C when you wet the floor down especially in a hotter climate you create more humidity in the air. In the newer urethane paints which i assume you are using, they have isocynates in them which actavate faster with a more humid climate. Pretty much what i am trying to say is that you could be spraying and the clear could start to cure prematurely and cause blushing or a cloudy finish. It's just something that could happen. I agree with using box fans or use a squirel cage.

ground the frame to the shop floor so you wont have any static and keeps the truck from pullin most of the dust to it

Here you go Didn't seal the top areas,left open for more venting. Used Scotch red type duct tape,holds better!Used a E-Z up,& bungee cords to hold 10' x1" PVC to the upper area to tape the plastic too!
