I'd buy Max's spindles if i were building a taco, hands down.

But assuming you're not choosing that route-have you not taken your wheel off and jacked up your suspension to see whats bottoming out?!

I would do that far befor i got on here and asked people why your truck won't lay out.

Everyone does things differently. Some people can lay anything out on 24's(slight exaggeration) and 100% stock components; other people have a hard time laying on 17's

So take your wheel off and max it out, see whats holding it up

the spindles wont make you lay the spindles help but there are some extra mods listed above that need addressing. the engine cross member and moving the steering up. the spindles max makes help but dont make you lay full frame.

Bobby is right. In order to lay flat frame, the front clip needs to be either Z'd or modified in some way.

Well yeah, but it would, at that point, actually LAY, just not full side rails... ;)

So it sounds as if you Z your frame 1" and find out whats bottoming out your suspension, you should be golden

My tacoma was laid on 19s...flipped lower ball joints...AIM upper control arms and some bags. I drug down almost a 1/4" of the front cradle no problem. I layed full frame. It can be done without Z ing the frame

there is nothing hitting thats why i was wondering about the upper bag mounts or moving the steering up and cutting the bottom of the cross member off

take the bags out and see if it lays. i always lay the truck out completly before building the bag mounts

thats a pretty simple idea. i don't know why i didn't think of that already. i will try that.

my taco is on 18's and has max's spindles and the oil pan  lays out before the fame rails touch..
