looks real good man, one thing i see id you will need to really gusset the upper bag mount. that tubing will just crumble if left like it is. im sure you already knew that but.... good luck with the build and keep it updated

Looks good!!! Are u gonna gusset any more on the upper bag mount in the rear??? Where u notched it out for the airline looks like a weak point...

On the part where i notched it out for the fitting, it is replated with 1/4 plate.

And it is not just tubing, it is heavywall pipe.

yeah i see that it is plated. but it will still need some strong gussets, there will be alot on those brackets and what you have now wont hold as is.

What if I put a piece of plate on it like I did the front bar mounts?

well i would go with something from the pipe on both sides to your triangle mount. it would still give you access to the fitting and bag bolts. and also give you a chance to be creative with the gussets. or you could gusset it from the bag bracket down to the frame similar to a boa bracket.

I will look at it and see what I can come up with.

Man I dig it, it strong to me, We did something like that at work(how your bag mount is)But not on a truck, and we put more lbs. on that mount than your going to, just two sense. Keep yup the good work.

Looks good man. Hell I can't do no custom work like that, especially no welding or nothing like that. Mad props for doing it yourself and making it look good. When you get more progress pix post'em so we can see. I would like to check more of it out. Later Homie!!!!!!
