Little update on the 2004 F-150 we are doing here at Fletcher's Customs. Truck is stock floored on a one of a kind 1.5" DOM round tube chassis. The biggest thing is that the frame is underneath the axle. Truck gets 10 inches of lift in the rear with the setup. Truck is almost finished, left to do is inner bed, paint frame and install painted axle.

That is a badass frame. Cool thing is the bigger the tire diameter the more lift you should be able to get out of the rear. The air tanks look sweet mounted like that too.

thanks guys! Its been a big project. And anyone thats ever stock floored a F-150 will know how much crack the Ford Engineers were smoking when they designed this truck. The frame rails are different on each side, we had to completly redo the front suspension mounts and how they worked to lay it out, not to mention the 50 hours or so in the chassis alone. Its been a big project that will get debut at the Freaks show in Perry, GA in August
