ok, i have to be honest... you can design renderings a hell of lot better then websites. i was hoping for something a lot more flashy from you, kinda disapointed me dude.

yes, it's cool. yes, it's flash. so kudo's for that, but i was expecting more...

Dude I dont have time to design a full on site. That sucker is just a template monster flash site. Yeah I could do more, but time is the enemy on this one. I had to have something up, I have some coverage coming out in some mags and need a site rather quickly. Plus I am not using it to sell site design but just the rendering stuff.

Oh yeah and I ask what people thought so no problems on this end.

looks good. You did the flash yourself or did it come with the template. I would eventually like to get into flash.

but like doug said.. your personal website if your a graphic artist/web designer should be the best site youve ever created because if your trying to sell yourself as a designer you've got to come off as the best of the best

Once again, I am not proming the site design but the content. I do not want to do web design. This site is to show the renderings. I am an Design Director and have been for over 10 years now, so I can design but that site is a quicky that I need to get going. I guess I should have said... here is my site, what do you think of the renderings?

Yeah Flash is a cool tool for sure and to really get the most out of it takes some serious time. The House of Kolor software that I wrote is all in Flash and took about 8 months of full time work to write.

Sorry but i totally disagree with that don't think that your site should be the best one you ever did because that takes time and if you are that good you have so many cutomers that you don't have time to design a huge flash site with that said i still think it should be clean and let your portfolio do the talking as to how good you are that is what will sell your image

also not to be a dick but a graphic designer should never use a template and if you do hide the fact that you used one a little better

Why should I hide it? I am not professing that I built the site form scratch. So a chassis guy should never buy a a-arm or spindle, he should make it? Right

Anyway, this was about the renderings (once again) and not about the design of the site. Like you said I am busy enough as it is and really did not want this site to be a from scratch site. Man I cannot believe I am having to defend the site? I thought it was about the renderings? Oh well I will keep doing what it is that I do.

Everyone has an opinion but if you had as much work as I do you would you a template as well.
