Ive been thinkin lately about gettin a nitrogen tank but idk how much itll be to keep refilling it.

I hate havin to wait for the compressors.....plus ive been hearin a lot of bad stories about AZ.

Then I started thinkin about hydros......anyone got any info such as how expensive and durable ect

Thanks

i prefer air... if you need more air go with an engine driven compressor. way less than switching everything over to hydro. and air is free. i have a nitrogen tank and the welding shop i called said it will fill it for around 30 bucks since i own the tank.

How often do you go through the nitrogen tanks?

A guy in my club runs one 240 bottle, and says it lasts him 2-3 weeks if hes not switch happy. And he rarely does hit switches.

Shit now that Oasis compressor might be the best tip (hella expensive though) or the engine driven compressors. How fast do the engine driven one fill up a 10 gallon tank?

I haven't ever seen anything that can fill up a tank faster than an engine driven compressor.

IMO the stardard 12v compressor is the air systems one weak link and the engine driven compressor eliminates that weak link...

i say get on an EDC. you can get one running out of junk yard parts. there are tech articles around on how to do it. or you could buy the kit.
