Hey guys quick run down I have 3 hs72's and one he7 bags on my truck. They were even on another project before so they are probably 3 years old. Well I just got done resetting the suspension up and left 200 psi in the system and bags over night to check for leaks. The next morning I came out to see two of the bags exploded out in the center. Nothing was rubbing and they were not over filled. The new he7 seems to be holding fine but was wondering if these older hs72's have these kinds of problems with any of you. Thanks and sorry for the book.

The older Slam Bags did have a limited lifespan from UV deterioration, but if they weren't cracking before you installed them then there may be another reason for the failure.
Your subject title mentioned over arcing- what's the angle of your top vs. your bottom plate? Most bags have a maximum of 35 degrees (with limiting straps), so if you were over that or at that without any limiting straps or shocks, that could have been the final straw.

Let us know more about your setup (pics are great!) and we can help you out.

Here are some pics also can see my uniball spindle. Thanks for the help. Im kicking around the idea of an articulating mount of some sort to keep the bags from arcing as much. Any input on how that would work would be great.
